macOS Guide

UHF Player Mac Configuration

Whether you are on an M-series MacBook Pro or a desktop iMac, UHF offers a highly optimized desktop client that makes multitasking while watching live sports effortless.

Downloading for Mac

UHF is available directly from the Mac App Store. Unlike web-based players that devour your CPU and RAM, UHF runs natively. Search "UHF Player" in the App Store on your Mac and hit download.

Desktop Configuration

Setting up your Mac is identical to the iOS process, but with the added convenience of a full keyboard.

  1. Copy the premium streaming URL provided via your subscription.
  2. Open UHF and click the + icon to add a new playlist.
  3. Paste the URL using Cmd + V.
  4. Hit save. The app will immediately sync your channel groups and VODs.

Using Picture-in-Picture (PiP)

The greatest advantage of using UHF on macOS is the native Picture-in-Picture support. Start playing a channel, and click the PiP icon in the player controls. The video will detach into a scalable, borderless window that floats above all your other applications — perfect for keeping an eye on the game while working.
